Madison Elle Beer (born March 5, 1999 in Jericho, New York, USA) is an American teen singer. She gained attention after pop star Justin Bieber tweeted a link to a video of her singing. She later signed to Island Def Jam. Beer was born on March 5, 1999, in Jericho, Long Island, New York, to Robert Beer, a general contractor, and Tracie Beer, an interior designer. She has a younger brother named Ryder. Her parents are divorced, and her father has remarried. She went to school in Jericho before starting home schooling in 2012. Madison partnered with Monster High, and recorded a theme song for the franchise titled "We Are Monster High". In February 2013, Cody Simpson re-released his song "Valentine" with Beer which was played on Radio Disney. On September 12, 2013, Beer released her debut single and music video called "Melodies" which was written by Peter Kelleher, Ben Kohn, Thomas Barnes and Ina Wroldsen. The video featured a guest appearance by Justin Bieber. Beer is managed by Scooter Braun and is signed to Island Def Jam. Beer is currently working on her debut album which she said,"is a mix of Alicia Keys and Taylor Swift." Beer plans to release her album in early 2014. She is an avid fan of Justin Bieber and quotes him as an inspiration. She was recently spotted hanging out with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez in the studio. As of April 15, 2014, she has over 480,000 Twitter followers.
