How to find a platform for a quick start of your author's career?

Hi! For a couple of months now I've been looking for a platform where I can start creating content, but so that everything would be adequate: without excessive requirements and with normal support for beginners. I tried to upload something on popular platforms, but there either the competition is fierce, or you need to invest immediately. Does anyone have real experience, how and where to start, so as not to drown in all this?
