Protein by DunneFrankowski is pretty out there, to the point where the guy making the coffee will laugh at you if you order anything outside of his perceived notion of what is "real" coffee. Also, don't ask for a menu, because that will trigger a five-minute tirade on why he doesn't believe in menus.
He's basically the Soup Nazi, but for coffee.
