Adding profile picture

Hi! Thought I'd post a comment on here as I am having trouble uploading a profile picture as well.

The picture is a JPG file.

I've re-saved the picture as a JPG and uploaded it again... didn't work.

I've renamed the picture and uploaded it again... didn't work.

Was wondering if anyone has any solutions for this issue?

Yes, well, obviously it works now. Thank you. Maybe just a glitch.

The only thing he did was to 'rename' it, he just overtyped the JPG part in lowercase, it did still show in capitals but I have then been able to upload them. No idea how that worked but it did! Hope that helps in some way!

Yeah, I'm having the same problem uploading a jpeg file that is around 22kb. How did your friend solve that problem?

Thanks for the reply, I managed to get a tech savvy (geek) friend to solve it for me!!

Hey @Chemicaldaze - you could try re-saving the original picture to a JPG from the original source or with Photoshop/GIMP if our system doesn't let you do it, what do you think? (Do you still have that problem?)
