Reporting spamming users?

I had a new message in my inbox. Much to my dismay, it was a wordless one, simply of a YouTube embed of this guy's music.

Checked the profile; he clearly is on here just to promote his "music."

There should be an easy way for users to flag spam profiles/users that are spamming, other than simply blocking the user.
