Suggestions for Mental Health Tracking Tools
I’ve been looking into different ways to manage my mental health journey, and it seems like printables or templates might help. I find it hard to track how I’m feeling or process my thoughts without a little structure. I've tried making my own templates, but they end up being too messy or incomplete. Has anyone found resources for mental health printables that work well, especially ones designed for things like journaling, grounding exercises, or emotion tracking? I think a good set of templates would make the whole process feel a lot more organized and productive.
